Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Crew Leader/Foreman to direct two or more crews in industrial cleaning services. You will plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations, ensuring safe equipment operation, documenting work, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in industrial cleaning, strong communication, and knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum trucks. TWIC and HPC-Industrial driver certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years, verifiable service within the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in the operation of equipment used in Hydroblasting and vacuum trucks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
• TWIC Card required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage crew to safety and efficiency on the job site.
• Promote HPC-Industrial safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions accurately and timely.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers professionally and exhibit strong communication skills.
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Any additional duties as assigned.
