HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, La Porte TX, is seeking a Foreman to oversee two or more crews and coordinate daily operations. The role emphasizes safety, proper equipment operation, and timely documentation, with opportunities to train technicians and interact with customers professionally.

The Foreman will drive operational efficiencies at the work site and ensure compliance with company policies, contributing to quality industrial cleaning services and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial cleaning service.
• TWIC card required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in operating hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.
• Current HPC-Industrial driver certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority by following policies and acting safely.
• Promote HPC-Industrial safety, environmental and operations policies.
• Lead a crew to operate safely and accurately complete HPC-Industrial tasks.
• Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions in a timely fashion.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers professionally and communicate effectively.
