Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Crew Leader / Foreman to guide two or more crews and coordinate daily service operations. You will ensure safe work, drive efficiency, and document activities at the job site.

Responsibilities include leading field teams, training technicians, maintaining customer relations, and performing hydroblasting and vacuum truck services. A strong safety mindset and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years verifiable service in the industrial cleaning industry.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting and vacuum truck equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current certification as an authorized HPC-Industrial driver.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority by following policies and acting safely.
• Lead and manage a crew to perform HPC-Industrial operations.
• Complete and review paperwork documenting work functions.
• Train and develop equipment technicians.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
• Perform hydroblasting and vacuum truck services.
• Other duties as assigned.
