NetJets seeks a Crew Ground Experience Coordinator to oversee daily crew food operations and gather feedback to improve the ground experience at FBOs. You will work with suppliers, crews, and internal teams, travel occasionally to gather insights, and ensure accurate and timely meal delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, service quality, and cross-functional collaboration, with extensive exposure to operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in crew operations or service management.
• Bachelor's in Aviation or related field required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day crew food program operations and logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers and crews; track orders from initiation to fulfillment.
• Review and analyze crew feedback to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Escalate safety-sensitive or service-impacting feedback to appropriate teams.
• Serve as main point of contact for crew catering questions and issue resolution.
