Utilities Service, LLC is seeking a Foreperson in Colorado to lead daily crew operations, coordinate field activities, and ensure safety compliance. You will mentor workers, troubleshoot issues, and maintain strong customer relations while adhering to company policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a CDL, and the ability to travel for storm work. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a starting wage of $22.08–$30.00 per hour, paid weekly.

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.

• Must be able to drive an approved company vehicle.
• Must be able to travel for storm work.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Communicates with property owners about access, work scope, and responsibility.
• Obtains permissions to perform required work.
• Maintains good customer relations through professional conduct.
• Investigates minor damage and reports incidents as needed.
• Prepares reports on crew activity, incidents, and equipment status.
• Controls crew costs and optimal use of resources.
• Coordinates with foreperson and utility reps, providing completed work data.
