Utilities Service, LLC is seeking a Foreperson (CDL required) to oversee daily field operations and crew performance. The role emphasizes safety, training, and effective coordination with management to meet deadlines and protect property and workers while adhering to OSHA standards.

The Foreperson will assign tasks, train crew members, manage costs, and document work orders, ensuring high-quality execution on utility projects.

Formación

• Requires the ability to understand drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability are required.
• Ability to adapt to field requirements and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive a company vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work from orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new units.
• Upholds safety culture and OSHA-compliant practices on site.
• Performs safety training per company policies.
• Drives customer relations and coordinates access to work sites as needed.
• Maintains records of crew performance and timesheets.
• Reports on incidents, equipment issues, and job progress.
• Communicates with property owners and documents any access or damage.
