Job description

We Are

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

Who We Are

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

Role Overview

BOND's crews fly hard schedules, and the Crew Experience Controller is the person making sure they're rested, taken care of, and heard. You'll own crew travel logistics, watch fatigue risk closely, and be the first person a crew member calls when something about their duty or rest doesn't feel right.

When operations go sideways, you're the calm voice connecting the Tactical Desk and the crews affected, keeping everyone aligned on the plan. This isn't a crew planning role: pairings and trip assignments belong to the Crew & Fleet Planner. Your job is making sure the humans inside that plan are supported.

You're the right fit if you genuinely care about crew welfare, know fatigue rules cold, and can stay composed and clear when things are moving fast.

What You'll Do
  • Own crew travel bookings, including airline, hotel, and rental arrangements.
  • Monitor fatigue risk scores using Pulsar and proactively raise concerns to the Tactical Desk.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for crew concerns about duty and rest.
  • Act as liaison between the Tactical Desk and crews during irregular operations (IROPs).
  • Collect and route crew feedback to leadership in real time.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in crew scheduling, crew resource management, or hospitality/logistics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to crew welfare.
  • Strong knowledge of fatigue management principles and FAA crew duty/rest regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using fatigue risk management software such as Pulsar or comparable platforms.
  • Prior experience in a 24/7 operations or hospitality environment supporting shift-based teams.
