Bond OpCo, LLC is seeking a Senior Flight Operations Controller to lead flight releases, monitor high-complexity operations, and serve as the main point of contact for day-of changes. You will train junior controllers and collaborate with the Tactical Desk Manager on risk management and reporting.
This 24/7 role requires leadership, strong communication, and deep knowledge of FAR/AIM and international flight operations.
BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.
As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.
Role Overview
BOND's flight operations run around the clock, and the Senior Flight Operations Controller is the person the rest of the team leans on when things get complicated. You'lllead coordination of flight releases and operational flight plans, own active flight monitoring during high-complexity operations or irregular operations (IROPs), andbe the crew's go-to contact for day-of changes.
This role carries real leadership scope: you'll train and mentor junior controllers on SOPs, escalation handling, and shift procedures, and you'll work directly with the Tactical Desk Manager on duty and flight time limitation (FTL) risk management, operational reporting, and process improvement.
You're the right fit if you've built real depth in flight operations control, people already come to you when a call gets hard, and you want a role that formalizes that into escalation ownership and team leadership, working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a true 24/7 environment.
