Job summary

Bond OpCo, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Crew & Fleet Planner to build optimized crew pairings and rotations for short- and long-term horizon. You’ll work with the Tactical Desk and Crew Experience teams to balance utilization while maintaining compliance with rest rules.

The role requires analytical thinking, knowledge of Part 91K/135 regulations, and 2–4 years in aviation crew scheduling or fleet planning. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • 2-4 years of experience in crew scheduling, fleet planning, or resource allocation in aviation.
  • Strong knowledge of Part 91K/135 flight, duty, and rest regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build optimized crew pairings and aircraft rotations for a 7-day horizon.
  • Coordinate with the Crew Experience Coordinator on preferences and fatigue projections.
  • Monitor scheduling conflicts, including gaps and unplanned absences.
  • Maintain long-term crew rosters, rotations, and vacation bids.
  • Publish rosters in advance and keep scheduling systems current.
  • Coordinate crew training events with Training Department.
  • Maintain accurate crew qualification, currency, and training records.

Role Overview

BOND needs itscrewsin the right place, rested, qualified, and ready, every single day. As Crew & Fleet Planner,you'llbuild the pairings, rotations, and rosters that make that happen, balancingwhat'sneeded today againstwhat'sneeded eight days from now.

On the short-range side,you'llbuild a crew-friendly, fatigue-compliant plan for the week ahead, working closely with the Crew Experience Coordinator on preferences and fatigue projections and with the Tactical Desk Manager on positioning crews to maximizeutilization. On the long-range side,you'llmaintainrosters further out, execute rotation and vacation bids, and coordinate trainingeventsso the fleet stayscovered.

You'rethe right fit if you think analytically, know your way around Part 91K/135 duty and rest rules, and can hold a complex, constantly shifting plan in your head without losing track of a single crewmember's qualifications.

What You'll Do

  • Build optimized crew pairings andaircraftrotations for the 7-day horizon, handing the TacticalDeska fatigue-compliant plan every day.
  • Coordinate with the Crew Experience Coordinator on crew preferences and fatigue projections.
  • Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts, including availability gaps and unplanned absences.
  • Maintain long-term crew rosters, executerotationand vacation bids, and balance swap requests.
  • Publish rosters in advance and keep all scheduling systems current.
  • Coordinate crew training events with the Training Department to minimize fleet impact.
  • Maintainaccuratecrewqualification, currency, and training records.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in crew scheduling, fleet planning, or resource allocation within business or commercial aviation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Part 91K/135 flight, duty, and rest regulations.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to build optimized, fatigue-compliant crew pairings and rotations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with crew scheduling or flight planning software platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
