Bond OpCo, LLC in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Crew & Fleet Planner to build optimized crew pairings and rotations for short- and long-term horizon. You’ll work with the Tactical Desk and Crew Experience teams to balance utilization while maintaining compliance with rest rules.
The role requires analytical thinking, knowledge of Part 91K/135 regulations, and 2–4 years in aviation crew scheduling or fleet planning. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Role Overview
BOND needs itscrewsin the right place, rested, qualified, and ready, every single day. As Crew & Fleet Planner,you'llbuild the pairings, rotations, and rosters that make that happen, balancingwhat'sneeded today againstwhat'sneeded eight days from now.
On the short-range side,you'llbuild a crew-friendly, fatigue-compliant plan for the week ahead, working closely with the Crew Experience Coordinator on preferences and fatigue projections and with the Tactical Desk Manager on positioning crews to maximizeutilization. On the long-range side,you'llmaintainrosters further out, execute rotation and vacation bids, and coordinate trainingeventsso the fleet stayscovered.
You'rethe right fit if you think analytically, know your way around Part 91K/135 duty and rest rules, and can hold a complex, constantly shifting plan in your head without losing track of a single crewmember's qualifications.
