Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet restaurant needs.
• Assign employee duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Keep team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials.
• Supervise employee performance and behavior, ensuring adherence to company policies and high service standards.
• Monitor and review time cards daily; adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs and minimize overtime.
• Enforce portion control per SOPs and maintain security protocols; check deliveries for quality.
• Handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
