Job summary

IHOP 3069 Cedar City is hiring a full-time Crew Chief to lead a high-performing team at our Cedar City restaurant. The role offers $16-$18 per hour and includes health insurance, with a strong emphasis on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will assign duties, support training, monitor time cards, adjust schedules, enforce SOPs, and maintain safety and portion control while checking deliveries for accuracy and quality. Fluency in English and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required!

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Assign employee duties and promote teamwork.
• Inform staff about new menu items and promotions.
• Ensure complete understanding of food preparation and service.
• Lead orientation and training for new employees.
• Supervise performance and enforce company policies.
• Review time cards daily and adjust schedules to minimize overtime.
• Enforce portion control and maintain security during deliveries.
• Handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
