Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Help assign employee duties and encourage teamwork.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Provide training for new employees and refresher training for existing staff.
• Supervise performance and enforce company policies and service standards.
• Monitor time cards and adjust schedules to minimize overtime.
• Enforce portion control and maintain security; check deliveries for accuracy and quality.
• Handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
