IHOP in Missouri City, TX is seeking a full-time Crew Chief to lead a high-performing team and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will help in staffing, training, and keeping everyone informed about new menu items and promotions to maintain top service standards.

You will supervise time cards, scheduling, SOP enforcement, delivery checks, and cash handling while supporting the growth and development of team members. English fluency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic math ability for transactions and scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing and readying personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet business needs.
• Assign duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative environment.
• Inform staff about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials for clear understanding of service standards.
• Supervise time cards, adjust schedules to minimize overtime, and enforce SOPs.
• Handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
