You will supervise daily operations, coordinate training for new and current employees, and ensure clear communication of menu items and promotions.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and ensuring readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet restaurant needs.
• Assign duties, encourage teamwork, and promote a collaborative work environment; keep team informed about new menu items and promotions.
• Supervise employee performance and behavior; conduct orientation and training; manage schedules; enforce SOPs and verify delivery accuracy and quality; handle cash receipts and deposits.
