Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief at our Cedar Park, TX location. You will work directly with the General Manager to lead the crew, guide daily operations, and deliver a positive guest experience.

This role focuses on coaching, training, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced retail automotive environment. You will help drive revenue growth, manage schedules, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and ensure safety and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train crew with the General Manager to guide daily operations.
• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving core sales metrics.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to automotive technicians and front-line staff.
