Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team in Mesquite, TX. You will lead the crew alongside the General Manager, drive sales, and coach staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll train across roles, support budgeting and forecasts, and help maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail automotive environment. This is a full-time supervisor role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to guide the crew and boost sales.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction for goals.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and standard operating procedures are followed daily.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
