Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief to lead the front-line crew and partner with the General Manager to elevate customer service and sales. This role develops team members through on-the-job training and structured coaching, while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely.

The Crew Chief will focus on coaching, inventory and budget input, and driving guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment. Growth opportunities exist through leadership development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Demonstrates sound business sense and understanding of retail industry.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew to deliver top-notch service.
• Collaborate with General Manager to drive revenue growth.
• Set clear direction, conduct daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee training, mentoring, and performance feedback for teammates.
• Ensure quality control and safe, clean service center operations.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
