Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader capable of inspiring diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teammates through our internal training program.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and guest satisfaction standards.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts and expense controls.
