Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team. You will work with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive revenue, and deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced retail auto-care environment.

You will train teammates, manage daily operations, and help grow sales while ensuring safety and quality control. This role requires leadership, communication, and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide crew with the General Manager to drive store performance.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a guest-first experience; manage inventory and cash handling.
