Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief at our Audubon, NJ location to lead the crew alongside the General Manager. You will drive sales, mentor team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced auto care environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Guide the crew with the General Manager to boost sales and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Coach and develop teammates via internal training programs and ongoing guidance.
• Assist with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation per the Guide to Excellence.
• Manage inventory and cash handling; address guest questions and issues.
• Open/close duties when the General Manager is off; maintain an engaged workforce.
