Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a Crew Chief in Leander, TX. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, boost sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will help train staff, manage daily operations, and ensure safety and quality across all tasks.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who can inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense with understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct always.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Coach and guide the crew under the General Manager to achieve revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to communicate goals.
• Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing coaching.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and procedural standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling and budgeting tasks as directed by GM.
