Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Guest First mindset
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Team up with the General Manager to guide the crew.
• Coach and develop teammates through our training program.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Assist the General Manager with budgeting, sales forecasts and expense controls.
