Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a part-time Crew Chief in Shirley, NY to join the management team. You’ll work with the General Manager to guide the crew, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive revenue growth through effective leadership and daily operations.

Training will prepare you for elevated roles within the company. You will Coach and develop teammates, manage inventory and safety standards, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that values

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to deliver top-notch guest experiences.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to guide daily operations and drive revenue growth.
• Set direction during opening/closing and manage inventory and cash handling.
• Provide mentoring and training to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
