Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the General Manager (GM) to guide the crew, drive revenue, and boost sales.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings and manage inventory and budgets.
• Ensure safe, clean, and presentable service center per guidelines; handle cash and guest issues as needed.
