Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a Crew Chief at our Chillicothe, OH location. You will work directly with the General Manager to lead the crew, drive revenue, and ensure top-tier guest experiences.

Training for various roles, leadership development, and opportunities to grow with the company are highlighted throughout the role. The position emphasizes coaching, daily team huddles, inventory oversight, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader who inspires and motivates diverse teams.
• Sound business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and implement financial objectives to improve sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct at all times.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.
• Guest-first mindset and strong guest experience focus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Must be able to stand on hard surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the crew under the General Manager to drive revenue growth and improve guest counts.
• Provide excellent customer service and a standout guest experience.
• Lead by example and build team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction to the team and maintain a clean, safe service center.
