Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Coach and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts and financial performance.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Manage inventory and cash handling processes while addressing guest issues.
