Job summary

SERVPRO of Colorado Springs Southeast is hiring a Crew Chief to lead restoration projects and supervise Production Technicians. The role involves explaining processes, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality while ensuring safety and cost control.

The position requires 2 years in fire and water restoration, a valid IICRC WRT certification, strong communication, and willingness to work nights or weekends. A driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in the Fire and Water restoration industry.
• Have a valid IICRC WRT certification required
• Excellent communication skills
• Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally
• Some night and weekend work is required
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• A valid driver's license
• Subject to criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Explain restoration processes and answer customer questions
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities
• Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
• Manage and control costs of production projects
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly

This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Pay Rate: $25-28/Hr. DOE (Full-Time position with opportunity for OT and Bonuses)
