SERVPRO Fort Collins is seeking a Crew Chief to act as the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand, coordinating and performing restoration activities and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role offers an hourly rate and potential bonuses, with benefits and opportunities for advancement at a leading water, mold, and large-loss restoration company.

The position requires 2 years in restoration, IICRC WRT certification preferred, on-call availability, and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Formación

• 2 years experience in the Fire and Water restoration industry.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Must be willing to be on call occasionally.
• Some night and weekend work are required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• A valid driver license.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate restoration processes and answer customer questions.
• Monitor, explain, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities.
• Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker.
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
• Manage and control costs of production projects

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Pay Rate: $25-28/Hr. DOE (Full-Time position with opportunity for OT and Bonuses)

POSITION: Crew Chief
