Servpro Industries, Inc. in Rhode Island is seeking a Restoration Supervisor / Crew Chief to lead restoration technicians on water, fire, and cleanup projects.

You’ll ensure high-quality results, safety compliance, and clear communication with customers and teammates. This role offers paid training and certifications, a growth path to Project Manager and Estimator roles, overtime pay, a competitive salary, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• At least 1 year in restoration, construction, or related field.
• IICRC certification is a plus and you will be supported to earn it.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with help).
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Able to pass a background check.

• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule
• Ability to pass a background check
