SERVPRO Fort Collins is seeking a Crew Chief to lead restoration crews on water, mold, and fire damage projects. You will coordinate, monitor, and perform field activities to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job.

This full-time role offers competitive pay ($25-28 per hour DOE), benefits, OT opportunities, and performance-based bonuses, with on-call duties and some night/weekend work.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in fire and water restoration industry.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license.
• IICRC WRT certification preferred.
• Willing to be on-call, including some nights/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate restoration processes and answer customer questions.
• Monitor, explain, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities.
• Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
• Manage and control costs of production projects.

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Crew Chief demonstrates the company’s Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Pay Rate: $25-28/Hr. DOE (Full-Time position with opportunity for OT and Bonuses)

POSITION: Crew Chief

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in the Fire and Water restoration industry
• Have a valid IICRC WRT certification preferred
• Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally
• Some night and weekend work are required
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• A valid driver license
• HS Diploma or GED required.
