Job summary

SERVPRO of Northeast Collin County/Greenville in Texas is seeking a Crew Chief to lead a team in the mitigation of Water, Fire, and Mold damaged homes. You will coordinate field work, supervise crew members, and ensure safety and quality on each job site.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, on-call flexibility for 24-hour emergencies, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced SERVPRO Crew Chief for Water & Fire Mitigation.
• Professional appearance and great attitude.
• A valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to be on call for 24-hour emergency service.
• Some night and weekend work may be required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be a experienced Servpro Crew Chief for Water & Fire Mitigation
• Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
• A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.
• Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call as needed.
• Some night and weekend work may be required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Athletic, energetic people to perform specialized cleaning.
• Applicant must have Excellent Customer Service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to navigate using mapped directions.

Job Details

• Typical start time: 8 AM
• Typical end time: 5 PM
• Some Evenings and weekends depending on demand with overtime pay and emergency service bonus.
