Qualifications

• Two to Five years of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• 55% Responsible for collection of accounts over 16 days delinquent, including soliciting payment arrangements and interviewing members to determine reasons for delinquency.
• 15% Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person.
• 10% Prepare and file Small Claims Court documentation and assignment to collection agencies or attorney.
• 10% Oversee repossession, foreclosure, bankruptcy filings, and distribute supporting documentation.
• 5% Assign accounts to third party collection agencies and maintain records.
• 5% Monitor loan payoff information and communicate with dealerships and insurance companies.
