Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in credit union or banking lending with management experience.
• Knowledge of Consumer and Mortgage Lending, Underwriting, and Collections.
• Experience with lending policy development and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Direct Mortgage Lending, Consumer Lending, and Collections departments.
• Lead policy development and implementation to meet objectives and compliance.
• Improve end-to-end processes and member experience.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk with data analytics.
• Manage vendor relationships and annual departmental budgets.
