Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Credit to Cash Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of firm billing and the day-to-day activities of the billing team. The role focuses on reducing days sales outstanding (DSO) and unbilled accounts receivable (UAR) while implementing firm-wide billing policies.

The role partners with FP&A, Principals, and office leadership to drive billing improvements, train staff, and manage offshore support to ensure timely and accurate billing across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years billing and/or contract management experience, or High School diploma with 7+ years experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and support to the billing team and support to client facing professionals.
• Partners with appropriate Firm personnel and management to provide effective billing procedures.
• Investigates root causes and resolves complex billing issues using firm best practices with FP&A and senior staff.
• Trains new and existing staff on billing policies, procedures and best practices.
• Serves as a subject matter expert of the financial system relating to customer billing configurations.
