The position requires 5+ years in billing or contract management, a finance-related degree, and solid leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in billing or contract management.
• HS diploma with 7+ years in billing/contract management acceptable alternative.
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to the billing team.
• Collaborate with Firm personnel to implement effective billing procedures.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing issues with adherence to best practices.
• Train staff on billing policies, procedures and best practices.
• Serve as SME for billing configurations and processes in the financial system.
• Lead billing improvement projects with FP&A, principals, and leadership.
• Monitor UAR by business line and ensure timely billing.
• Mentor Senior Billing Analysts and coordinate offshore billing support.
