Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Credit to Cash Operations Manager to oversee all billing activities, drive DSO reduction, and enhance UAR management. The role involves shaping firm-wide billing policies, supervising the billing team, and coordinating with FP&A and executives to improve performance.

The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting background with extensive billing/contract management experience in a professional services environment, plus strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is preferred.
• 5+ years in billing/contract management or related role required or 7+ years with HS diploma.
• Experience in a professional services firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support the billing team and client-facing professionals.
• Partner with Firm personnel to implement effective billing procedures.
• Investigate, identify root causes, and resolve complex billing issues using firm best practices.
• Train staff on billing policies, procedures and best practices.
• Serve as SME for the financial system related to customer billing configurations and processes.
• Mentor Senior Billing Analysts and coordinate learning across locations.
