Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of billing/contract management experience.
• Professional services firm experience preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction and support to the billing team and to client facing professionals
• Partners with Firm personnel to provide effective billing procedures
• Investigates, identifies root causes and resolves complex billing issues using firm best practices
• Trains staff on the firm’s billing policies and procedures
• Leads offshore billing support team and monitors UAR performance
• Mentors Senior Billing Analysts and coordinates learning for locations
• Drives billing improvement projects and collaborates with FP&A and leadership
