Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Credit to Cash Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of firm billing, ensuring timely invoicing and adherence to policies. You will mentor staff, lead billing improvements, and collaborate with FP&A to reduce DSO and UAR across multiple locations in the United States.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in billing, with strong Excel/Office and time-billing software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND five or more years of billing/contract management experience
• OR High School Diploma/GED with seven or more years in billing/contract management
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the billing team and support client-facing professionals
• Lead/participate in billing procedures and policy development
• Resolve complex billing issues and monitor UAR and DSO performance
• Train staff on billing policies and best practices
• Mentor Senior Billing Analysts and coordinate offshore support
