Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Credit to Cash Operations Manager to supervise the billing team, implement firm-wide policies, and drive efficient billing operations. You will focus on reducing days sales outstanding (DSO) and unbilled accounts receivable (UAR) while guiding locations and staff to adhere to best practices.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in billing/contract management within professional services and are proficient with MS Office and PeopleSoft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, required or preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in a billing and/or contract management role, required/or equivalent.
• Experience with Professional services billing and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft Financials or similar time and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support the billing team and assist client-facing professionals.
• Partner with Firm personnel to implement effective billing procedures.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing setup issues with cross-functional teams.
• Train staff on billing policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Serve as SME for billing configurations and processes; monitor UAR and DSO.
