Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Credit Support Representative in Midland, TX to support credit applications, customer accounts, collections, payments, and billing tasks in the credit department.

You will review credit applications and reports, contact customers, process payments, maintain records, and generate month-end reports. You will also work with portals like Ariba, Coupa and Open Invoice on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, earning $20–$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of credit, collections, billing, or accounting experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office/Excel experience is required.
• Basic bookkeeping/accounting knowledge.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of credit and collection procedures is a plus.

We are currently hiring for a Credit Support Representative position in Midland, TX. This is an opportunity with a focus on credit applications, customer account maintenance, collections support, payment processing, and general credit/billing department responsibilities.

Location: Midland, TX 79701 Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour
Schedule: On-site; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Dress Code: Business Casual
