Job summary

John Marshall Bank seeks a seasoned Credit professional to lead credit risk assessment, loan monitoring and CECL program management. You will partner with the Chief Credit Officer, transform loan data into strategic insights, and manage vendor relationships and audits.

The role emphasizes leadership, advanced Excel, Moody’s data, and Abrigo/H360 software expertise to support regulatory reporting and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10–15 years in Commercial Credit Analysis or related fields.
• Direct CECL experience with quarterly reporting.
• Advanced Excel, data modeling and Moody’s or similar data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio Analytics & Reporting: CRE concentration reports and board-ready summaries.
• Credit Risk Stress Testing: maintain top-down and bottom-up stress models and data feeds.
• CECL Program Leadership: governance, memos, Board presentations, audit readiness.
• Portfolio Surveillance: monthly/quarterly reports on loan production and credit quality.
