The role leads CECL model execution, reserve forecasting, risk reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, risk, and technology to refine reserve methodologies and drive data-driven decisions. A leadership focus includes coaching staff, ensuring SOX compliance, and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in credit administration, risk analysis, forecasting, accounting, or loan portfolio reporting.
• 4+ years managing staff, project teams, or cross-functional resources.
• 2+ years in statistical modeling or regression analytics preferred.
• 2+ years in banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct recurring CECL model execution, including data preparation, model runs, validation, and reconciliation.
• Manage ACL calculations across diverse loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and maintain reserve forecasting models, stress-testing frameworks, and scenario analyses.
• Identify drivers of reserve changes, portfolio trends, and emerging risks using advanced analytics.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly loan reporting, ensuring data integrity and resolving cross-department issues.
• Continuously enhance evaluation metrics and reporting tools for portfolio monitoring.
• Prepare credit risk reports and presentations for senior leadership and committees, covering asset quality, concentrations, and expected performance.
• Partner with lending units to identify and mitigate emerging portfolio risks.
