• Oversee CECL models: data prep, runs, validation, reconciliation.
• Direct monthly/quarterly loan reporting and data integrity improvements.
• Prepare complex risk reports for senior management and committees.
• Review methodology documentation and policy updates.

• Lead and develop a high-performing risk team.
