• Reviews and processes consumer credit reporting disputes from various sources and completes corrections, updates, verifications, and responses.
• Researches disputed information by reviewing accounts, balances, history, and supporting docs to determine accuracy.
• Contacts members regarding delinquent accounts and takes action to bring accounts current or recover assets.
• Maintains records of contact attempts and collection or recovery activity.
• Keeps knowledge of credit reporting and collection requirements and protects confidential information.
