Campus USA Credit Union seeks an experienced consumer credit disputes specialist to research and resolve credit reporting disputes, supporting accurate reporting and protecting assets through diligent collection on delinquent accounts. The schedule for this position isMonday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.RoleResponsible for researching and resolving consumer credit reporting disputes, supporting the accuracy and integrity of credit reporting information, and preserving the Credit Union's assets through collection activities on delinquent accounts. Applies advanced experience, knowledge, and judgment to analyze account records and supporting documentation, evaluate credit reporting discrepancies, determine appropriate corrections or responses, and complete dispute activities within established requirements and timeframes. Contacts members regarding delinquent accounts and takes appropriate action to bring accounts current or support the recovery of Credit Union assets.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesExemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community.
