Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of similar or related experience.
• Experience in credit reporting, collections, banking/financial services, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve consumer credit reporting disputes and correct information.
• Contact members about delinquent accounts and take actions to bring accounts current.
• Review disputes from agencies and consumers and respond within required timeframes.
• Analyze borrowers' financial situations and suggest arrangements when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of credit reporting and collection rules to protect confidential information.
