The role requires knowledge of FCRA, FACT Act, and ADA compliance, with strong research, communication, and attention to detail. Starting salary is $40,000 annually, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a financial institution performing member service and credit report corrections.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
• Experience processing AUDs and loan disputes (Direct/Indirect).

Responsabilités

• Investigate, process, and respond to credit disputes with CRA coordination.
• Monitor and track credit dispute requests to identify deficiencies or issues.
• Document dispute results in core system and dispute management platform.
• Research complex requests and ensure updates within regulatory timelines.
• Assist with member complaints and provide timely responses.
• Promote strong working relationships and professional collaboration.
