Job summary

DPD Group is offering an apprenticeship for a Business Administration role in the UK. You will learn to administer invoice queries, issue credit notes, and secure timely payments while supporting internal teams.

Qualifications

• GCSE/Level 2 in Maths and English required.
• Apprentices must have GCSE/Level 2 in Maths and English before final exams.
• Completion of Level 3 Business Admin qualification.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer invoice queries and issue credit notes where appropriate.
• Contact customers by telephone and email to secure payment commitments for invoices.
• Manage accounts receivable ledger and ensure invoices are paid to agreed terms.
• Handle inbound calls and emails relating to all areas to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Customer Services and Finance to achieve tasks.
• Complete adhoc tasks within defined timescales and quality standards.
