Syntax Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-focused Credit Controller to help own the end-to-end credit control cycle and support cash flow initiatives. You will assess customer creditworthiness, monitor receivables, and drive timely collections within a US GAAP framework.

In this role you will collaborate with finance, sales, and operations, maintaining ERP data and producing aging reports while helping refine credit policies and controls for improved risk management and decision support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• CICM/CPA/CMA are advantageous certifications.
• Experience in a dedicated credit controller or accounts receivable role.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices and adherence to agreed credit terms.
• Conduct credit risk assessments for new and existing customers, including review of financial statements and credit reports.
• Proactively follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and written correspondence, escalating issues where necessary.
• Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve billing or payment issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate aged debt reports and other AR-related financial reports for management review.
• Maintain and update credit limits, terms, and customer master data within the ERP and accounting systems.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to support credit decisions and manage high-risk accounts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of credit control policies, procedures, and system workflows.
