Pion is seeking a Credit Controller to join our growing finance team. You will manage a personal ledger, chase invoices, and ensure timely payments from customers, while maintaining accurate Sage Intacct records.

This role supports revenue flow and cross-functional collaboration with sales and finance. We value tenacity and relationship-building, with a focus on cash collection targets in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a credit controller in a high-volume environment.
• Tenacious, resourceful problem solver capable of handling tricky accounts.
• Strong relationship-building skills with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a personal ledger within the team’s shared cash collection target.
• Contact customers and payment partners to confirm invoices and schedule payments.
• Keep Sage Intacct up to date to reflect progress on ledgers.
• Reissue invoices, locate contracts, request POs, and route claims through portals.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and third-party processors to keep cash moving.
